Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bakko Armour LLC, doing business as Bakko Armour Properties Collective (“BAPC”, “we”), collects when you use BAPC Brickbary™, how we use it, and the choices you have. BAPC Brickbary translates manuscripts: you upload a document and get a translated copy back.
What we collect
- Manuscripts: the documents you upload, their translations, your glossary and your edits.
- Exports: the files you download, stored briefly so you can fetch them.
- Advertising: anonymous counts of which ads were shown and clicked.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To provide BAPC Brickbary™ and the features you ask for.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
- To send you messages you need about your account or requests. We don’t send marketing email without your permission.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the service is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run BAPC Brickbary™ — Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database) and our translation provider, which receives the text being translated. — under agreements that limit their use of it; when the law requires; or to protect people’s safety or BAPC’s rights.
Don’t upload documents you don’t have the right to translate, or that contain other people’s private information.
How long we keep it
We keep information while it’s needed to provide the service or to answer your request, plus a reasonable period for backups, security and legal obligations. Backups roll over within about 30 days. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by contacting bryan@studios.com.
- You can turn off notifications in your browser or device settings.
Children
BAPC Brickbary™ is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact bryan@studios.com and we’ll delete it.
Security
We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
